The Birthplace of Country Music (BCM) is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of belonging and community among our staff, volunteers, and the audiences we serve, and through our exhibits, programs, events, and partnerships. We will do this through the work of BCM’s three branches: the Birthplace of Country Music Museum (BCMM), Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion (BRRR), and Radio Bristol (RB).

Commit to diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion internally within our organization through hiring policies, volunteer recruitment, retention practices, and visionary governance, which ensures innovation, impact, growth, and sustainability of BCM into the future.
